I just subscribed but it's not giving me access to the lessons.
Please check which plan you subscribed to. Our Home Study Plan gives you access to packets you can use with your family at home each week. You’ll have resources for young children, older children, and teens.
Our Sunday Calling Plan is where you’ll find packets for Primary, Relief Society, Youth Sunday School, and Young Women.
If you purchased one of those 2 plans, you will not have access to everything we create each week. You will have access to either the material for home and family OR the material for Sunday callings.
If you want access to resources for your family AND you calling(s), you can upgrade to the Ultimate Gospel Study Plan HERE. As long as you are logged in when you do so, what you’ve already paid will be prorated and your original plan will be cancelled.
If you click on a product and the link takes you to our subscribe page, that means that product is not within your subscription plan. You have access to everything inside your subscription plan from 30 days before the date you signed up and all future products until you cancel.

How do I access the lesson I just ordered from your store?
There are 2 ways you can purchase our products:
One Time Orders
If you are not paying a monthly subscription and you DID NOT create an account when you purchased, you can lookup your orders on this page using the order number in the receipt that was emailed to you.
If you are not paying a monthly subscription but you did create an account when you purchased, you can find all of your individual purchases on your account page here. You should also have received an email with download links.
Subscription Plans:
If you are paying a monthly subscription, you can find, search through and filter all of your content on your dashboard here. Please note, that you will only have access to the content we created after you became a member. As long as you remain a paying member, you will have access to all content we’ve created while you were a member.
If you cannot find your content in one of those 3 places, it may mean your order did not go through. Please contact us and we can help you further.
Can I have more than one subscription?
You can only have one subscription per email address. If you need both the Home Study Plan and the Family Calling Plan, then you can upgrade to the Ultimate Gospel Study Plan. This saves you $6 a month verses trying to have 2 plans!
It is possible that you’ve signed up for multiple subscriptions using different emails. On the login page, you can hit “forgot password” and then enter an email address. If you have an account using that email, you should get a forgot password link. You can then reset your password and login with that account.
Can I buy just one lesson at a time?
Yes! We have individual lesson packets in Our Store.
With a subscription, how many lessons will I have access to?
You will have access to the content for the Come, Follow Me week you sign up and anything that is published after you sign up. As your collection of content grows over time, you will find our search and filter functions particularly helpful. You can search or filter by topic, year, and book of scripture.
This allow you to use your entire library of content whenever you need it. If you feel your family needs a lesson on faith, or repentance, the priesthood, or the temple, you can find in just a minute or two!
How often will I be billed for a membership?
Monthly Memberships
All our monthly memberships are auto-renewing on the same day that you signed up. If you signed up for a monthly account on January 25th, then on the 25th of every month, we will charge your account until you cancel.
Annual Memberships
Our annual memberships work differently.
The Home Study Plan auto renews just like the monthly memberships. You will get a reminder about the renewal two weeks before it renews so you can cancel if needed.
The Calling Plan and The Ultimate Gospel Study Plan do not auto-renew, as many people no longer have the same calling after a year, and we don’t want to charge you for something you don’t need. Two weeks before the expiration date, you will get an email reminding you to re-sign up if you’d like to.
If I sign up for an annual subscription, can I cancel before the year is over and get a refund for the remainder?
Per our terms and conditions, there are no refunds on annual subscriptions. If you decide you do not need it anymore, we are happy to switch your plan to a different subscription that will suit your needs better.
Can I share my membership with my presidency/organization/teaching partner?
Yes! The Sunday Calling Plan come with 5 “seats.” You can assign these seats to 5 different email addresses on your account page.
If you need more than 5, you can sign up for a Ward Calling Plan or a Stake Calling Plan.
Home Study Plans only come with one login, but you may share that login with your spouse.
How do I cancel my membership?

Can I see a sample lesson before I buy?
I can't login. Help!
Did your credit card expire? We send 3 email notices when your membership is about to expire and one notice if your credit card failed. Please email us at info@loveprayteach.com if you continue to have problems.
If you recently upgraded your subscription or switched plans, you may need to log out and then back in.
You may also need to clear your cache/cookies if you continue to have problems.
Do I have to re-register every month?
No, all of our monthly subscriptions are auto-renewing as is our Yearly Home Study subscription. Your payment will be charged to your card automatically every month (or every year if you are on a Yearly Home Study Plan).
The two exceptions are our YEARLY Sunday Calling Plan and The YEARLY Ultimate Gospel Study plan. These do not auto-renew as many people have different callings after a full year. If you want to renew, you can do so on your Account Page. You will get a reminder 2 weeks before your membership expiration date.
Is your site secure?
I'm having printing issues! A black or white box is printing in the image. Or an image is printing off the page.
There are several things that can be causing printing issues. Please check your printing settings and make sure it is set to 8.5″ x 11″ letter size. If using PDFs, open your PDF in the free Adobe Reader. We have found that when printing from Adobe Reader that can fix many issues. We also include JPG options for many of our printables. If a PDF is printing a black or white box, please print from the JPG.
